WithInAsThru Neutrality

There is a great Taoist quote,"Seek not the truth, merely withhold opinion." In our Western culture, we just don't value neutrality of mind. We live in this world where everything has to be right or wrong, good or bad, mine or yours. But what if we could get back to our truest soul purpose for being now here, and stop worrying all together about things that don't matter? Most of us cannot even imagine a life without worry; but if we practice simply observing what is, without forming an opinion as to whether it is good or bad, we'll begin to notice how to become much more present in the here and now.

Getting in touch with what is here and now, is key to becoming who we are. And who you really are is the primary question you're here to answer, isn't it? The w View the rest of this article
